The welfare of a child is paramount to any parent.  But when the child has special needs, the question of care becomes an urgent reality.  In 1987, a group of parents of adult children with developmental disabilities decided to take action and ensure that their children would have a loving, caring place to live.

To initiate, establish and maintain a series of Christian homes for the developmentally disabled in the Southern California area.
